yeah correct, the config was not done properly, which was causing the issue, as mentioned in my comment.

Please share the logs for more clarity. You can get it from debug page quickly using SyslogEvent object type. Regards Ankush

Seems like you are using the wrong port for tls communication can you try to uncheck the useTLS check box and try test connection from UI. Regards Ankush

can you uninstall the iqservice, and install it back on say port 6060, if it is not taken. Also the install the certificate on both server level, if sailpoint is on unix, and import the same cert on the window server, where iqservice is installed. Once done, do a test connection and it should work.

Sure i will try with the port 5052 let see how it goes.

What do the IQService debug logs say? The IQService -l 3 option should enable them if they aren’t already. You have to restart IQService for the change to take effect.
