Hi Experts,

I’ve upgrade IIQ 8.3p5 to 8.4 successfully and observing one error after service startup. Error details as per below, can someone guide me how to troubleshoot and resolve it.

The issue is due to ssb-plugin-importer.Jar missing in your WEB-INF Lib Directory, Please copy the jar in your lib directory, and restart tomcat. The error will be not coming.
