Error 002 - use correct version of IdentityIQ plugins Service now service catalog and SAilpoint

Problem

IdentityIQ Plugin deployed on IdentityIQ server is not compatible with this version of application. Error Code 002- Use correct version of IdentityIQ Plugin.

Diagnosis

tried replacing plugins. Currently I’m using 3.1.0 > 8.4 plugins

Hi @nitindpraj,

Can you share more insight about the plugin like the jar version with which it is compiled, log trace during this upload in IIQ so that accordingly suggestion can be provided.
