I am certain this community has made some great transforms. It seems like the OTOB transforms in IDN are lacking. (Or I don’t understand how to get more than the 4-5 that are currently being offered to me).

Is there a ‘community library of transforms/snippets’ or anything? (I am new and guessing) but it would seem like different people are writing some of the same transforms (or at least starting from scratch every time, when there might be someone else’s transform that is pretty close to what is need)…

For example. I have to make a transform that takes first name, and lastname, and generates a new value of first initial last name {$FI}{$LNAME} (for future use in samaccountname, and email prefix.)

I would think that sort of a transform is pretty common…

We do have a good set of documentation for transforms that you can view here: Operations | SailPoint Developer Community

Each operation in the link above is linked to its own page which describes the transform, how it works and a few examples.

You could use the username generator or the static transform for your use case you described.
