IDN Integration with ServiceNow: IDN user session expired

Hi All,

I am trying to integrate SailPoint with ServiceNow and encounter the following error: Failed creating access request. IDN user session is expired.

I am already using the PAT to connect ServiceNow but it seems that the refresh token expired. May I know if you have any thoughts on this. Thank you.

Hi Iris,

As per the documentation - Troubleshooting (sailpoint.com), the refresh token will not be automatically generated.
