IdentityIQ page not opening

Hi all

While trying to install fresh iiq 8.3, I am getting this error after finishing all the initial steps including adding init.xml
The iiq console is opening correctly, but while trying to open http://localhost:8080/identityiq/, I am getting the below error

This localhost page can’t be found

No webpage was found for the web address: http://localhost:8080/identityiq/

Nothing is showing up in the tomcat errors

Can someone help me on this

have you tried to connect to tomcat?
have you tried to connect using the ip of server?
