I have created a delimited file source for creating service accounts but how to setup MFA for all users?

I have created a Delimited File source to provision service accounts for different implementations (like source onboarding, etc.).

Now I need help with MFA setup for these service accounts.

We are using one shared mailbox for all service accounts. When I invite the service account identity, the invitation email goes to the shared mailbox. After that, I complete the setup and configure MFA using the Microsoft Authenticator app on my phone.

The problem is: even though multiple users have access to the service account in ISC, whenever they try to log in, they are asked for the MFA code. Since MFA is configured on my phone, they have to contact me every time for the authentication code.

How can we resolve this issue so that everyone does not depend on one person for MFA authentication?

One approach I can think of is reset MFA whenever any new user logs in using the credential.

Is it possible to have a business phone for authentication?

Is MFA required for SA DelimitedSource if not remove it will solve the issue
