How we can generate the ticket to diasble a delimited source attached to service desk integration in ISC

Hye GUYS,

How we can generate the ticket to disable a delimited source attached to service desk integration in ISC. As once the attached source is disable we need to notify someone to remove user from feed file ?

The process is:

  1. User is terminated or disabled, disable operation gets triggered.
  2. The operation triggers your SDIM integration and generates a ticket OOTB in Snow.
  3. Operations team, updates access or disable the account.
  4. New csv is generated and aggregated to sailpoint.
  5. Based on status attribute, buildmap rule disables the account on sailpoint side

but how can we do this configuration at service desk or is it automatically done when we attach source. As we can test now when we raise request for any entilement for the attached sd source the ticket generated

It should be there OOTB

@Rakesh_Singh_1234 As others said, you need to create a service desk integration for that source. And also, make sure you add that source under “Disable Accounts” in your LCM. Otherwise, it doesn’t get auto-triggered.

I believe, Service Desk integration requires additional license.

Alternatively, you may use the workflow HTTP request with the “Identity Lifecycle State Change Processed” trigger.
