we are explorering the Non-Employee Lifecycle Manager feature in the IDN: Managing Non-Employee Identities - SailPoint Identity Services
In this document, it mentioned that we can choose up to 10 account managers in Who should manage these accounts?.These users can request new accounts on this non-employee source. Note: Specify non-administrator users as account manager.
I am wondering how these Account Manager suppose to work. I’ve tried to assign a non-admin user as account manager in the source. But after login with the specified account manager, I cannot see any place where I can request the creation of the account. Does anyone have experience with these feature and can point me how it suppose to work?
