How to Pass previousReviewersComments in the Email template for the next level approver

Hi,
We have scenarios where we need to show the “previousReviewersComments” in the Email template for the next levels approvers, is there a way to acheive this by customizing the “Access Request Reviewer” email template?

Hi Suresh,

There is no such variable that you could use to show the previous approvers comment. This link includes all the template specific variables available for “Access Request Reviewer”.

I found this email template in the SailPoint docs, which notifies the requestor and all the approvers if there is any comment on the approval.

But this only notifies them and they have to login to SailPoint to check out the actual comment.
