How to get values instead of labels from ServiceNow

I have two group schema values manager and one custom attribute, if I mention “sysparm_display_value” as true I am getting labels, vice versa if I put false getting values. But the few attribute values is changing to labels.

Example

  1. sysparm_display_value: true
    Coming as beow

    • manager: coming as display name
    • u_custom: Manager + L1
      Expected
    • manager: sys_id
    • u_custom: LM + L1

  2. sysparm_display_value: false
    Coming as below which is expected but

    • manager: sys_id
    • u_custom: LM + L1
      other attributes changing as below
    • parent: id (but expected as string value)

How to make this consistence, apprisiate your help :slight_smile:
