How to fix “Provisioning Pending” issues in IdentityIQ 8.3?

We’re experiencing two related issues in our IdentityIQ 8.3 environment:

  • During Access Requests, some requests remain stuck in Provisioning Pending status after approval.

  • During Certifications, we occasionally encounter concurrency errors and fallback rule errors related to work item reassignment (e.g., “Unable to determine work item owner” or “Row was updated or deleted by another transaction”).

We believe these issues are caused by Hibernate-related locking.
We’re looking for a consistent way to resolve or prevent these pending provisioning transactions and avoid the related Hibernate concurrency errors in certifications.
