How to find ISC tenant is FedRamp

How can we check if our tenant is FedRAMP authorized tenant ?
We are trying for SP-AuthNrequest signing in SAML. We could find the documentation on this in the below link:

However, when we try the first step as mentioned in the documentation, it is not opening and giving an error message that page cannot be reached. Please advise.

I think if vanity is not configured those tenant url would be something like abcd.sailpointfedramp.com

The URL would be something like this: xyz.saas.sailpointfedramp.com
