Hi Everyone,

By default in remove access workitem the display value is not coming only ApprovalItem Value is coming but i need to populate the display value on the email template instead of the value.

How i can achieve this?

Hello,
I believe you have been using “Work Item Assignment Removal” email templates.
you can play around with Workitem API to get desired data as the item argument is available in the email template.

I partially understood the question. If you see any other default email template, please let me know. Also, let me know how it worked.

Hi @SivaLankapalli ,

I am using LCM Identity update Approval email template for Approval notification. Also, it is kinda weird thing that Remove access request Approval we are not getting displayValue in Approval set.
