How to disable account on Oracle?

Hello,

We are using the “Oracle Netsuite” connector, but during aggregation, some accounts appear as disabled while others appear as enabled. When manually disabling an account, it shows as disabled correctly, but after aggregation, the account appears as enabled even though it is disabled in the managed system.

Do you know why this happens, and which attribute the enable/disable status is based on? I don’t want to create a cloud rule to set the attribute IIQdisabled to true or false. I guess it should be native as enabling and disabling an account seems possible according to the documentation.

Thanks

On the Additional Settings, Additional Attribute Mapping trying adding an entry for IIQDisabled schema attribute going to listEmp:isInactive
