Account being re-enabled after aggregation

Hi All,

We have a web service connector with the http operation disabled configured. Everything works as expected and I also tested the API call in Postman and is working successfully.

When the user’s LCS turns inactive, the account is disabled. I have also checked and confirmed that the account is disabled in the source application. However, when I aggregate the source application, the application in SailPoint turns to enabled again but in the source application, the account is disabled.

Any idea on how to fix this or what’s causing this issue? Thank you so much!

In your source “Connection Settings” page, configure the “Account Enable Status Attribute” to properly mark accounts as enabled or disabled. Without this set, ISC will assume all accounts are active upon aggregation.
