How to create manual work items in SailPoint ISC

Certification

  1. A certification campaign for the application owner is initiated quarterly or bi-annually based on the latest imported CSV file.
  2. When access is marked for revocation, a work item is automatically generated and assigned to IAM Support Team to track and execute the revocation.

Work Items

  1. Work Item for revocation of access is created and assigned to IAM support team by ISC under the following conditions:
  2. Leaver events such as user termination.
  3. Revocation decisions made during certification.
  4. Manual access revocation requests.
  5. Work items are also created when a user submits a request for:
  6. New account creation, or Modification of an existing account for the application.
