Trying to build a workflow to notify end user why access is being revoked

Has anyone been able to successfully build a workflow that would email a end user when a Manager Confirms a Revoke action in a Access Certification Campaign?

Could you subscribe to the Certification Signed Off | SailPoint Developer Community event trigger? You could write a trigger filter to only trigger on a specific campaign type. Then, you could lookup the access review items for the campaign using list-identity-access-review-items | SailPoint Developer Community.

Thanks Colin I will give that a try and post the results once I have had a chance to build this out.
