A few months ago, I created the following post:
Costumizing the Home Page - IdentityIQ (IIQ) / IIQ Discussion and Questions - SailPoint Developer Community

We reached the conclusion that it wasn’t possible to set the widgets based on workgroups, as the only option that was found to edit the configuration of the widgets was the “defaultHomeWidgets” on the SystemConfiguration.

Would setting the widgets based on the Dynamic Scope be an option to achieve the desired behavior?

Also, I’m using the Accelerator Pack, and the only configuration I found of the “defaultHomeWidgets”, was on AcceleratorPack/Generic/Configure/Configuration-SystemConfiguration.xml.

Would creating an entry on config/Configuration/Configuration-SystemConfiguration.xml overwrite the one defined by the accelerator pack?

I don’t think you can do widgets based on the Dynamic Scope.

AcceleratorPack/Generic/Configure/Configuration-SystemConfiguration.xml , would be updating the config/Configuration/Configuration-SystemConfiguration.xml only . you can modify the AcceleratorPack and see if the ootb ststem config is getting update .

I think you can explore the option to show / rearrange the widgets through a plugin.
