I’m currently working on integrating the Salesforce SaaS connector with SailPoint IdentityNow, and I’m looking for guidance from those who’ve already implemented this.
I’m especially interested in the following areas:
Provisioning
Any insights on how entitlements (e.g., profiles, permission sets) are managed, and how to fine-tune aggregation?
Common Pitfalls or Cautions Any known issues, or gotchas to watch out for during the integration or in production?
Portal Account Provisioning
How does IdentityNow handle Salesforce portal users (Customer, Partner, etc.)?
Are there any special considerations for provisioning these types of accounts through the connector?
I’d greatly appreciate any insights, documentation, or lessons learned that could help smooth the process.
