Getting error at Pagination logic

Hi team, I am working one WebServices connection where I have to aggregate the account but we are getting error at pagination logic. Can any help in debug Pagination logic.
My API is like that it is working userMaxId and userMinId where userMinId will be 0 at first page after that the first page response will create a userMaxId which I have to put in userMinId. and one flag will come in every response as UserResponseStatus as INCOMPLETE once this flag become COMPLETED the aggregation will be terminated.

Can you please provide the sample json response so then we can check and help you with the pagination logic.

Please provide the information about how the URL should be if it is changing based on the maxId or minId. That would be helpful for the supporting you.
