We have a Webservice connector and getting the following error when attempt to create and update account and it was working previously. [“Exception while updating account. No configuration found for\u0027Add Entitlement-group\u0027. Please add atleast one operation and try again.”]

Are you using any rules for these operations? if yes check any changes in beforrules associated with these operations. Also check though http operation are available might be something changed in body.

Yes we have rules for this and I did not see any changes and also body also looks good.

Hi @Raghava_S As this is failing on the add entitlement of group type, have you done anything in this area? Have you always managed entitlements with this source?

The error indicates "No configuration found for for ‘Add Entitlement-Group’ " check the following please: Verify that “Add Entitlement-group” still exists exactly as named Ensure it has at least one valid operation (POST/PATCH with correct endpoint)
