No configuration found for ‘Add Entitlement-underfined’. Please add atleast one operation and try again. I am using the webservice saas connector in idn. even though, there is an add entitlement operation setup in the source. I am getting this error. any insights on the resolution will be helpful.
What type of entitlement types do you have defined for this source?
For each entitlement type you have, you will need a HTTP Operation for Add entitlement for that type. “Group” is a little bit different, as it is the default one.
example, you have created an entitlement type “Limit”, then you need to add an HTTP Operation where Operation Type = “Add Entitlement-Limit”

Hi Jason, I set the operation type to ‘Add Entitlement-undefined’. now connector finally is executing the operation. Thanks for that pointing that out.
