Form will not submit

Which IIQ version are you inquiring about?

We have a custom report to review SOD policies that we have in place. It utilizes a form which we can just submit. However, after upgrading to 8.4p1 (previously 8.2p4) it now will not let us submit the form and throws the below error. Does anyone have experience with this error or can help my decipher what the cause is? Thanks!

The error you are encountering could be due to multiple versions of the same JAR file being present in your environment. This can sometimes cause conflicts, especially after an upgrade. I suggest you check if there are multiple copies of the same JAR file, particularly one that may be an older version. If so, you should remove the outdated JAR files and ensure that only the latest version is being used. This can help resolve the issue as the application will reference the correct methods and dependencies from the most recent version of the library.
