Fetch Servicenow catalogue form value to ISC

Hello Folks

I have a requirement to fetch form value from ServiceNow catalogue form to SailPoint ISC.

Servicenow is already integrated with ISC.

This form value will be fetched and stored in an identity attribute.

Please help how to achieve this?
