I am using indentity IQ 8.5 p1

Earlier I was facing this error

but after updaing maxFailuresAbsolute and maxFailuresPercent

the error got fixed but I am still getting this warning status is not getting successful and my event time line is not getting updated

@amishra4 By any chance, have you made any direct modification to the access history database? It looks like the timeline is not established properly and is causing these issues.
