Access History task failing to publish more than 500 objects

We are just receiving the above error when we run the access history task.
It fails to publish the identity objects specifically and has a stack overflow error when trying to run the extract for the accounts.
The syslogs don’t help. All they show is failing events for Access history for deleted IdentityRequestItems.
The task was working fine before with only 20 identity objects that could not publish.
I am not really sure why it would jump to 603.
I have not changed the Yaml config files and don’t have a task running for data extract nor any config files created for Data extract.

Hi Yaseen,

From the screenshot that you shared, i can see that your system is reporting stackoverflowerror. This is usually a sign of low heap size on the server. You might want to check on heap size allocation for your application server.

Thanks,
Gaurav

Thanks Gaurav, but that error is not the main cause of concern.
That issues shows up first but doesn’t fail the task.
The task carries on until it tries to do the 3 bunchs of identities seen in the second screenshot. Have you seen so many identities fail to publish before?
