ActiveMQ Error and Access History Feature

Hello,
We have configured embeded ActiveMQ for enabling Access History but we are seeing the following issues:

The Log file is overloaded with the error: WARN ActiveMQ BrokerService[IdentityIQBroker–idmrck-vdwn001] Task-44 store.jdbc.adapter.DefaultJDBCAdapter:1103 doRecoverNextMessages - Exception recovering next messages

Also our Dispatch Access History task ends with failure:

Failed to process all messages of this task with message filter: [objectId], and unable to clear the queue: queue://accessHistoryProcessingQueue.

We also have key Access History Features that we are unable to use such as:

  1. Cannot Filter Identities using Roles for AH.
  2. Cannot Filter Identities using Entitlements for AH.
  3. Cannot view entitlements of an identity from AH page.
  4. Cannot view roles of an identity from AH page.
  5. Cannot view profiles of an identity from AH page.
  6. Cannot export roles of an identity from AH page.
  7. Cannot export entitlements of an identity from AH page.

Has anyone seen similar issue with IIQ 8.4?

Can you enable the logging and share the logs.

Can you attach the logging file?

For the accessHistoryProcessingQueue task error:
SailPoint has identified that as a bug on 8.4 and 8.4P1. We already had a discussion for the same issue with our SailPoint rep and as per them, this will be fixed on 8.4P2 which is set to release on Q4 this year (no final date yet.)
In the meantime SailPoint is recommending the E-Fix and you will have to connect to your SailPoint representative to get the same E-Fix for your account.
