Facing issues while try to access JDBC application

hi everyone,

i’m just starting as a sailpoint developer and now i am hosting identityiq on tomcat. currently, i’m doing the JDBC provisioning and i am facing this isuue right now while i try to access my application after saving the provisioning policy.

javax.servlet.ServletException: Cannot invoke “sailpoint.object.Form$Usage.toString()” because the return value of “sailpoint.web.form.editor.FormDTO.getUsage()” is null

please give me some ideas

At times when you are updating the provisioning policy form from UI and you have multiple tabs open it can create issue once you save it. I would recommend restore any backup of JDBC application before you started adding provisioning policy and create the form again from UI carefully or update the application XML to get the provisioning policy configured if you are comfortable doing it in XML.
