FYI, it appears a change has been made to the AzureAD connector for how Exchange Online attributes/entitlements are aggregated and provisioned.
Our Exchange Online provisioning and aggregations stopped working yesterday.
ERROR : "Connecting to remote server outlook.office365.com failed with the following error message : For more information, see the about_Remote_Troubleshooting Help topic."
Found information in a non-Sailpoint forum that pointed to the Exchange Online Management Module being out of date. We were running EXO version 2. It appears the AzureAD Connector documentation was recently updated, and now requires EXO Version 3.
Upgrading to EXO Version 3 fixed our issue.
I do not recall seeing this change listed in the SAAS Release Notes, and cannot find anything in the Community Forum. I have sent a message to our CSM.
