Exchange management module - Azure ad - not working

Hello,
I am looking to pull distribution lists from Azure ad. In order to achieve this, sailpoint mentioned that we set up exchange management module.

We did create an app in azure ad for exchange management module and also generated a ssl cert of the iqservice machine but im still getting error

Error!

Exception occurred in Iterate Objects. Error message - sailpoint.tools.GeneralException: Exception occurred while executing the RPCRequest: Errors returned from IQService. No certificate found for the given CertificateThumbprint : 123455454(example)

The certificate is uploaded to azure app under certificates and secrets as well.

Is there anything im missing here?

Are you able to see any logs on EXO module on IQ service ?

Does your service account have sufficient permissions ?

I can check for logs on the exo module. Is it in the iqservice logs.txt file? Service account should have permissions as it isnt giving errors on service account. Error isnt able to find the certificate.

Yes, the logs for the EXO module.
