Exception during aggregation of Object Type channel on Application Slack [ source ]

Dear all, our Slack was changed from Enterprise to Grid and we had to create a new connector, we followed all the permissions instructions, we were able to connect and add accounts, it also brought rights but they are coming with the channel code and not the names, and when we aggregate the rights of this error,
Exception during aggregation of Object Type channel on Application Slack [source],

Has anyone been able to do this?

Hi @wanderalvarenga , you may try this and see if this works out -

  1. Reset source
  2. Run entitlement aggregation
  3. Run account aggregation

HTH!

@gauravsajwan1 We have already carried out the configuration in production and sandbox and the error is the same.

In “Advanced Settings” enable your setting for “Enable Default Connection Provider”

Hi, @KevinHarrington this setting is also enabled

Hi @wanderalvarenga , it could be emojis in channel entitlements which might be causing the entitlement aggregation issue.
It’s very common that people create Slack channels with emojis.

Is it possible in Slack connector that we skip channel aggregation, and only aggregate other entitlement types?
OR
Determine Slack channels with emojis in your Sandbox environment, strip emojis and then perform entitlement aggregation?

Hello, I believe this is not the problem since the old connector worked normally, even if it had emoji or not. :frowning:
