AD Entitlement Aggregation - Failure

Hi All,

We are running Active Directory Entitlement Aggregation but we are seeing the below error:

Exception during aggregation of Object Type group on Application Active Directory [source]. Reason: java.lang.RuntimeException: An error occurred while aggregating Application Active Directory [source]

Please help us in knowing what could be the issue for the same and how to get it fixed.

You will have to get actual error first. This is generic error and anything goes wrong in entitlement aggregation you will get this error. It does not help much.

check ccg logs without any logging enabled and see what is actual error. That will help you with next steps.

Doesn’t look like any config issue and seems like you need support case to dig deeper.
