Error - SourceAnchor is a required property for creation of a federated user

Hi Team,

Has anyone run across the error below before in the ENtra ID SOurce

["sailpoint.connector.ConnectorException: Exception occurred. Error message - HTTP not ended OK. This error seems to come up when trying to create accounts directly in Entra after the domain has been federated. One possibility is that there another account with the same immutableID (like it previously existed but is in the recycle bin). Another possibility is that for the userprincipalname you have [email protected], if so try [email protected].

Hi Alicia,

Thanks for chiming in my friend. I don’t see this with all users - only a few so there is definitely something causing it.There does not seem to be many topics about this particular error so hoping a solution can come to the forum surrounding this. I will give your suggestions a try and keep you posted. :crossed_fingers:

This was due to a few duplicate accounts as you mentioned. I was able to get them cleared. Thanks so much
