Error reactivating SAP account

Hello,

I have a problem related to workflow failures. There is a process here in the environment, when the employee’s account is blocked in the SAP application, he or she can request it to be unblocked in the request center. It is configured so that only the employee can request their account to be unlocked. If you ask someone else it won’t work and this unlocking won’t happen.

What happens today is that the unlocking occurs but when you see in the events it fails two and these two events end with failure saying that “the requestor and the recipient are not the same person” but the person who requested the unlocking, both that it occurred, but generated a failure event and this happens for all account reactivation workflows in SAP

Base on the execution log :

Your get access return empty result and you try to manage access with null but this error occured after SAP account enable steps.

Did you verify if accounts are not enabled even this error occured ?
