Error 400 bad request workflow

I have a problem regarding some account reactivation workflows in SAP, when the SAP account is blocked for some reason, we can request this reactivation through the request center, the reactivation occurs, but when you go to see the events it always appears as failed.

Can you check the step of this message? and if after it whats the EndStep?

It appear to be Failed step so that may be the reason :slight_smile:
