I have a problem where the rights are not appearing in a certain source, and no account for that source, what could it be?

I think more details would help here, what kind of source is this? Have you run an aggregation successfully?

I think no entitlement is assigned to the user for that particular source,Can you specify the source name.

it’s normal, in your screenshot “Attributes section” we can’t see any attribute that contain rights.
Do you have in your account schema any attribute types group and Entitlement
in your account schema wich attributes represente entitlement ?

if it was filled previously and not now that effectively mean they do modifcation in their side. For test you can verify for one user who have this attribute filled and verify rights must be appear.

I thought you created another type of entitlement schema called Medicina direta but that’s instead the name of your account schema.
So no modifications to be made.
Just review with application owners if the perfis attribute is populated on their side.
