Error configuring Tenant Connections in Configuration Hub

Hi everyone!

I’m trying to configure “Tenant Connections” in ISC.

I’d like to ask if anyone knows what this error is about:

It happens when I try to configure Tenant Connections in a production environment.
I was able to create it without any problems in SB.
I’ve already reviewed the personal access token permissions.
There are no IP restrictions regarding the network settings.

Thank you!

Hi @victoraug09
What is your user level? Config Hub Administrator?

Hello Shawn!

My user level is Admin

I’ve tried to set my user “Config Hub Admin”, but the same error appeared.

Ok, got it, thanks. Also, PAT created with scope sp:config:backup-connection?

Yes, was created with the sp:config:backup-connection scope

Wierd. Please check that the PAT user’s Identity Profile does not have Block off-network traffic enabled. Also, tenant name value is orgName and same region. If still failing I would open support ticket.

Thanks

I’ll open a support ticket.
Thank you for your attention

i hope you are using URL as

Hello @victoraug09,

When you are creating a PAT, you need to make sure you are doing the following.

  1. Your ISC BreakGlass Account has “Admin“ privileges in ISC
  2. When you are creating the PAT, please make sure capture the PAT in Notepad++ file without any empty spaces.

When you are configuring a Tenant in SailPoint ISC - Configuration Hub, provide a correct tenant name.

The Tenant Name is nothing but Org-Name of the ISC tenant which you c an get at SailPoint ISC - DashBoard page.

Thank You,

Regards,

Rohit Wekhande.

Hello!
Thank you all for the suggestions, but I think it’s a bug, because I’ve followed all of the instructions and the documentation and the error still here…

I had successfully configured in my sandbox tenant, but the problem is to configure in production, to import SB backups.
