Can an Entra ID (née Azure AD) Application Registration be treated as an entitlement in any way? In other words, can ISC provision access to an Application Registration? I didn’t come across it in the connector docs but thought I’d ask.
It doesn’t appear that Application Registrations or Application Objects are supported as part of the connector. However, Service Principals that are created within Application Objects are supported. See: Service Principal Account Management (sailpoint.com)
Can you tell us more about your use case where Application Registrations would be tied to an identity?

I’m a bit of a newb on Application Registrations, trying to help someone more seasoned on it understand what (if anything) ISC might be able to do with App Reg.

Could ISC add/remove Entra ID users as App Reg owners? Entra ID users’ role/administrator assignments on the App Reg?
Also wondering about Entra ID Enterprise Applications. Could ISC add/remove users on an Enterprise App?
