In request center, All users can see access profiles in apps.
But, If I have a lot of sources and I don’t want to use access profiles, just entlitments, I can’t create applications and add entlitments for users seing it better, it’s worst, like Users need to find entlitments searching by NAME.
I’d like to create apps and put entlitments inside for users seeing it better and organized.

If your use-case is just to restrict the user to see a set of application and entitlements, then you may use segment.
If I am missing anything specific in your use-case, then let me know.

THANKS, but nothing, My idea is in applications you can add entlitmentss, we can add access profille, but in entlitments it’s worst to request for experience in users by request center, the same profiles now entlitments too.

Users can also search on the Source name in the Access Items part of the request center, and since recent updates it’s also very visible which source it’s about.
Only thing you lack is logical applications that exist in sources like AD (based on AD groups), but a good naming convention and description of AD groups will solve that as well.
