Entitlements within Tenant now set as "Requestable"

Starting sometime over the past 2-4 weeks entitlements within our tenant request center are now set as requestable and users are requesting these instead of the roles or access profiles. Is there a way to bulk disable the requestability of these entitlements or is this something that we need to custom script?
