Entitlement Search not working on Manage user access Quicklink for Specific user

Issue:
The SailPoint search functionality within the Manage User Access Quick Link is not working. When performing a search for Entitlements using any keyword, the screen goes blank.

Troubleshooting Steps Taken:

  • Cleared browser cache

  • Tested in Incognito mode

Observations:

  • Entitlements are visible when no search keyword is entered.

  • When a keyword is used, the screen goes blank even though the entitlements exist.

can you put the exact entitlement name and then search, and see if it gives you anything?? If the entitlements are visible without putting any keyword, you should be able to request them.

I have tried it as well giving the exact Entitlement name same thing no change. Weird its just happening to one user we all can search fine.

so the issue is with only one user and for rest of the user, you can search and submit the entitlement request?? if it is that case, could me some issue with the user

Is the problem only faced for a particular requester? If yes, please check if there are any defined Scopes and the scopes the user is assigned to.
