Entitlement Aggregation on Delimited Connector

Hi All,

  1. I am trying to do entitlement aggregation with two entitlement types.
  2. The two attributes are marked as “entitlements” on the account schema.
  3. I have also created two entitlements types in the entitlement schema as well.
  4. During the .csv upload, an error throws up stating the “Identifier” is missing
  5. The .csv file does have the first column as “Identifier”.
  6. I also tried opening the .csv file in notepad and found that it had no spaces as such.
  7. I have attached the screenshots below for reference

It might be the problem with CSV file encoding or columns mismatch. I suggest you to download the templates from ISC, edit those CSV files and upload them.
