We’re excited to announce the enablement of self-service configuration of email settings required to support DMARC, DKIM, and SPF email security implementations. These settings prevent your email security solutions from treating IdentityNow emails as spoofed email when you change the ‘From:’ address used for notifications from IdentityNow.
Administrators can now add domains to allow IdentityNow emails to pass DKIM authentication and customize the MAIL FROM domain so it matches the ‘From:’ address, actions which previously had to be requested through SailPoint Support. We receive upwards of 100 requests per quarter to configure these, so we’re excited to be able to put the control in your hands and lessen the time it takes for you to get what you need.
Rollout Schedule
- Deployed to Staging - 7/24 100%
- Deploy to Production - 7/31-8/2
- Release notes will go live on 7/31.
