Description
This update helps administrators keep account deletion and machine account creation workflows moving smoothly by providing a dedicated space to intervene on stalled requests. It reduces administrative bottlenecks and ensures critical account lifecycle approvals are completed on time.
Problem
With the recent release of account delete requests and the upcoming rollout of machine account create requests, administrators need a way to track and manage these specific approvals. Without a dedicated page, it is difficult to intervene if an account request stalls, needs reassignment, or requires an admin override.
Solution
We’ve added an Account Requests tab to the Approval Administration page. This mirrors the existing Access Requests functionality you are already familiar with in the Approvals Administration documentation.
Admins can now view all pending account creation and deletion requests and take action directly from this page to keep governance processes moving. Specifically, admins can:
- View all account requests across the system.
- Approve or Deny requests to manually override stalled items.
- Reassign a request to a different individual approver.
- Cancel requests that are no longer needed.
- Perform Bulk Actions to approve, cancel, or reassign multiple requests at once.

Identity Security Cloud Administrators.
Action required
No action is required. The new tab will appear automatically in your tenant under Admin > Dashboard > Approval Management.
