Access Request Agent Forms Support

:sparkles: Description

Harbor Pilot Access Request Agent now supports access items that require a form. When a selected role, access profile, or entitlement needs additional request details, Harbor Pilot tells the user a form is required. Harbor Pilot then opens the canvas so the user can complete the form. Submission stays blocked until the required form is saved.

:light_bulb: Solution

Harbor Pilot keeps the user in the agent-assisted flow when a form is required:

  • Detects that a selected access item requires a form.
  • Tells the user conversationally that the form must be completed in the canvas.
  • Opens the canvas.
  • Lets the user complete, review, and edit form answers before submission.
  • Blocks request submission until each form-required item has a saved form instance.
  • Confirms submission and shows that a form was included with the request.
