Enable Connector Logging

This topic provides the steps needed to enable logging on SailPoint using REST APIs.

This process is broken up into four steps:

This is the companion discussion topic for the documentation at https://documentation.sailpoint.com/connectors/microsoft/dynamics365fo/help/integrating_dynamics_365_fo/enable_connector_logging.html

I really appreciate that the principle of working with connector logging is part of the connector documentation, but I am missing in this specific one which the ‘actual’ logging class is.

Since the connector is not part of the of connector list within the documentation, I have been unable to find the correct class for newer connectors, like this MS D365 FO connector.

It would be great if the shared list could receive an update, or if the applicable logging class could be highlighted in the documentation.

Keep up the great work!

Hi Johanne! Welcome to the Developer Community. Thank you for your input. We’ve created a Jira issue to track the effort and we’ll update the comment thread when it’s been addressed: CONDOCS-4537

Hi Joshua,
Thank you for this!

I heard back from the support and they confirmed that the logging class specified in the documentation (sailpoint.connector.ADLDAPConnector) is supposed to be the correct one. We have tried setting it, but I have not been able to confirm from the logs themselves whether it is the correct one, yet. I will keep you posted!
