I am trying to build custom email templates for notification & follow up on certifications. For example, i want to include in the subject line the name of the campaign and repeat the name in the email body. The documentation talks about Global Variables but there is no input on all available variables or if all can be used in a template.
Further to this point, this post is very relevant, Certification Campaign Templates - How to access Description? - Identity Security Cloud (ISC) / ISC Discussion and Questions - SailPoint Developer Community. It was closed with a solution, but solution was these are the variables we offer. When we create our reviews we create detailed descriptions, including risk and impact. Reviews don’t always understand Active Directory groups. Passing this information allows us to communicate the result of over previsioning and avoids the rubber stamp approch to approving.

Hey Michael! This doc lists out the global variables depending on if it’s a version 1 or 2 template [Available Email Templates - SailPoint Identity Services]
They can also use the function in the screenshot to list all available variables in a template
