Hello,

When an automated email is sent to a new hire, can attachments be sent?

Please consider addressing the following when creating your topic:

  • What have you tried?
  • What errors did you face (share screenshots)?
  • Share the details of your efforts (code / search query, workflow json etc.)?
  • What is the result you are getting and what were you expecting?

Welcome to the Sailpoint Developer Community.

No, automated new-hire emails in ISC do not support attachments out of the box. Workaround might be host the file externally and include a link in the email.
