Hi Experts,

Would like to know how can we include a PDF attachment in a customized email.
Example scenario: Certification’s work item reminder email to send to the user with a PDF attachment.

Am I right to say it is required to create a new SailPoint IIQ Rule and instruct SailPoint to read the attachments and send them together with the email? If so where should the PDF file required to be placed?

Yes, you can write a rule to send an email with attachment. The attachment can be placed in the IIQ server where the Sailpoint IIQ user has access to
